Little Fiat



Fiat: Eco Drive is an example of how technology can drive brand engagement. All new line of Fiat comes with a USB port on board that leverage from Microsoft called Blue & Me.

This enables owners to transfer music from media players to our Fiat… but what else can it do?

Enters Eco Drive – An application that downloads all the telemetry data of the Fiat (E.g. Braking, acceleration, shifting patterns, fuel comsumption, etc) to a thumb drive. With this data, owners can calculate an eco index that shows how to save gas and reduce Co2 emissions and become more effective & efficient drivers by changing driving styles.

Those smart to take advantage – to them, this data is empowering! The most engaging things you can do with a target audience can be done with application, not traditional ads.

How do I know this? Because long after the sale, an app like this helps position my little Fiat as to become the most eco-friendly car! :)
